You can create a Hummus type dip from Soybeans.
I used 1 440 gram can
2 tablespoons of Tahini
~ 1 Tablespoon of lemon juice.
~ 1/4 cup of water
Pulse in the blender until mixture is smooth. Enjoy!
The lemon juice is absolutely essential. Ascorbic Acid aka Vitamin C helps metabolise the iron in the beans. I use a lot of lemon juice...I like the taste.
I ate it with Ryvita, some fruit and a good drink of water.
