So we can see the result of a months dieting and exercise. Below is the route I take whilst walking with my son. It's 10.4 km and I can do it in an hour and a half.

The goal weight is now 95 kg. Someone thought 80 kg as being a goal...I'd be physically unwell at that weight.
I have modified the diet to include lean meat such as fish and kangaroo. I also allow myself a reward once a week...licorice. Uni recommences next week and I will be using that to walk 30 km + a week. The weights I am lifting, the dumbells weight 12.5 kg each and at the moment I am doing 10 lifts, tricep curls and bicep curls with the number going up each week by one. The absolute maximum will be 50.
